Question: I'm getting error saying I don't have the right CODEC for the videos.

Question: My password does not work. How can I resolve this?

Answer: Our system is case sensitive. You must type in your username and password exactly as you originally typed it on the signup form. If you are unsure of how your username and password appears, you can go to https://support.ccbill.com/ to look up the information. You will be required to provide additional account information in order to access the username and password information.

Question: How do I cancel my account?

Answer: To cancel your account please contact CCBill support here.

Question: When trying to save images, they save as bitmap's instead of jpeg's.

Answer: This issue can be fixed by clearing out your cache in Internet Explorer. Please follow these direction: 1. Go to Tools 2. Internet Options... 3. Click the General tab 4. Click the button "Delete Files..." 5. Then click OK in the window that pops up. Note: This may take a few minutes depending on how fast your computer is.

Question: When checking the "Remember me" checkbox, I still have to login each time I return.

Answer: This is usually an issue with your browsers security settings.
